So im thinking its just the ecu he will be resetting, i have never had a problem with an injector before so this is new to me. The DMF was one of my worries when I bought a TDCI MOndeo. But as mine has done over 160k on the original clutch and DMF then I will happily replace like with like when the time comes. I think 160k is a good enough life span, although mine is a 2005 and the DMF was apparently modified in later HtDe.
